          We love art and want to be moved when we look at a painting. We want it to speak to us directly. Each painting I chose spoke to me in it's own special language and it was a pleasure to say, yes, that one must be in the show. The entries as a whole demonstrated a devotion to the spirit of art and I thank you for the opportunity to participate.
